Pallet Supply – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• A substantiated track record of forklift operations within the manufacturing and/or distribution operational arenas.

• A demonstrated positive attitude.

• Ability to work comfortably within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Thorough knowledge of safe material handling practices, to include the use of pallet jacks and hand trucks.

• Follow instructions in English. Spanish language writing, speaking, and reading capability a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an ongoing basis as required.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for all required shift hours.

Pallet Supply Job Description & Accountabilities:

• Work Behaviors Required:

  • A very high attention and detail to SAFETY

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production environment

  • Ability to meet or exceed attendance guidelines

  • Ability to work scheduled overtime as production demands require

  • Willingness to work in other warehouse positions (Load, Unload) when forklift operations are not needed

  • Perform daily inspections of the forklift (checking tires, lights, brakes, oil, battery / fuel levels, ensuring proper weight distribution)

• Work Skills Required

  • Read and interpret English alpha and numeric characters (Spanish a plus)

  • Capable to lift, stand, bend, stoop, and walk for periods of 8 to 10 hours

  • Possess good hand-eye coordination

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
